Day 34 – Fisher Wallace CES Stimulator Report.

8/13 – 12:00 PM Report

I slept solidly through the night. In the morning I started off well – performing those mundane activities (eating, brushing teeth, etc.) that I don’t enjoy but are necessary to life…I also shaved – which isn’t a big deal for most people, but it is for me. 🙂

I worked on a number of “paperwork” items – though these days almost all of them are digital. Made a phone call (proud of myself, I’d made a bunch of phone calls before, but oftentimes that is followed by a few days without making any).

I used the CES around 9 am and am doing well emotionally. I feel stable and energetic.

8/13 – 9:00 PM Report

In the afternoon I spend a few more hours working at paperwork – but I’ve shifted location from my home office to the church office. I have three separate individual meetings back to back, make preparations for the intern meeting, and then the intern meeting runs from 7:00-8:30.

Throughout all of this I am doing well emotionally. I still am feeling stable – in spite of the back-to-back-to-back-to-back meetings.

8/13 – 11:30 PM Report

I work on migrating some of my sites from Bluehost to DigitalOcean. Looks like I am really jumping ship (sad, I’ve been using Bluehost since 2007). Around 11:30 I use the CES, write an update for this site, read a bit, and hit the sack (I know, seems like a lot for 30 mins. :P).

The day concludes with me being pretty exhausted but emotionally stable – though not energetic!

I’ll sleep well through the night and my day will start off strong – like the previous four, but then things will take a drastic downturn. I’ll detail more in the next post – but while I am able to maintain productivity (generally), my energy is gone and darkness is shrouding my mind.
