I slept from 11:45 pm on 9/19 (Thursday) but awoke at 2:15 am 9/20 (Friday). Blah. I was up until 3 am – which wasn’t too bad, but woke up again at 6 am and was up until 6:45 am.
I did office work throughout the day – a decent bit related to the baptism on 9/21. I also had a counseling session (via Skype). My counselor is intelligent and considerate – and runs “long” sessions – this one was 1 hr. 15 mins. (paid length: 50 min.). By the time they are over I am utterly exhausted and have to take a nap – I slept for 2 hours – this was the only nap I took.
I watched some TV to relax, did not exercise, and read a lot. I didn’t journal which indicates that it was a “stable” day – I mainly journal on bad days.
Took medications per usual, no noticeable side effects. Went to bed at 10:30 pm (very early for me). I still feel a bit anxious about the baptism service (which was today – 9/21), but not exceedingly nervous. Overall, it was a productive and stable day.
Ohh, one side note – chronic pain has been worse.
